If you are booking in October or November, it is worth deciding up front whether the shoulder weeks matter to you, especially if you leave for work early or have a steep driveway.
The deposit structure also rewards planning ahead. Seasonal plans take a 30% deposit to hold your spot, and the balance is due before December 1. Booking in October or early November spreads that cost over a few weeks instead of landing all at once right before the holidays.
What You Lock In When You Book
A seasonal plan is not just a spot on a list. Once you are booked, the service is automatic:
- Your driveway is cleared every snowfall of 5 cm or more, without you having to call.
- In long storms, crews return so the snow does not pile up.
- The City windrow at the end of your driveway is cleared too.
- You get a timestamped photo after every visit, so you know when it was done.
Pricing for the season depends on the size and surface of your driveway. Single or 1.5-car driveways run $650 to $725, doubles are $815, and three-car, paver or stamped driveways are $1,050, all plus HST. Decorative surfaces get a raised rubber-edge blade to protect them.
