About Thames Valley Snow
Thames Valley Snow is an owner-operated snow and ice management service in London, Ontario, serving residential and commercial properties for the 2026-27 winter season. When you hire us, you deal with the owner directly — the same person who answers your email is the one who shows up at your driveway. We're happy to come out to your property anytime to talk through the job and give you a quote in person - we'd always rather meet face-to-face than quote over the phone.
Automatic Dispatch
Once snowfall reaches 5cm we're dispatched automatically — you never need to call. Most visits are completed the same day, usually within a few hours of the snow stopping. Priority placement is available for accessibility and premium properties.
Proof of Work
A photo is sent after every visit — residential or commercial — so you always know the job is done.
Registered and Accountable
WSIB-registered, working from written contracts and fixed seasonal pricing. No surprise storm surcharges, and no question about who is accountable on your property.
