Residential Driveway Clearing (Full Season)
Our residential season runs December 1 to March 31, with unlimited visits for every qualifying snowfall of 5 cm or more. Dispatch is automatic, so you never need to call us. In long storms we return, and the windrow the City plow leaves at the end of your driveway is cleared on our visit. You get a timestamped photo after every visit.
Single or 1.5-Car Driveway: $650–$725 per season
Full-season clearing of a single or 1.5-car driveway after every snowfall of 5 cm or more, including the City windrow, with a photo after every visit. The exact price within the range depends on the length and width we measure from City of London maps.
Double Driveway: $815 per season
Full-season clearing of a standard double driveway after every snowfall of 5 cm or more, including the City windrow. Automatic dispatch and a photo after every visit.
3-Car, Paver & Stamped Concrete: $1,050 per season
Full-season clearing for 3-car, interlock, paver and stamped concrete driveways. Raised blade near decorative surfaces, with pet-safe de-icer available. See stamped and paver drives for more detail.
Add-ons (per season, plus HST)
- Walkway and steps: from $150. A walkway with up to 6 steps is $175. See walkway and steps.
- City sidewalk in front of your home: $90
- Seasonal salt: $175, including freezing rain and refreeze visits. See salting and ice control.
- Premium pet-safe de-icer: $120
- Priority early-morning clearing: $125. See priority clearing.

Per-Visit Service: $70–$85 per visit
Not ready for a contract? Per-visit snow removal is $70 to $85 per visit plus HST, depending on driveway size. Seasonal clients are prioritized on the route, so a seasonal plan is the better choice if you need dependable clearing all winter.
Discounts and Payment
Seniors and front-line workers (nurses, firefighters, police, paramedics and teachers) save 5% on any seasonal contract. A 30% deposit books your spot, and the balance is due before December 1. Family members can book for a parent; read more on seniors snow removal.
Commercial & Multi-Unit Sites
Condos, plazas, churches, clinics and multi-unit properties are priced per site, because lot size, sidewalks, entrances and hours of operation vary so much. Commercial quotes are measured from City of London maps and sent within 2 business days. See commercial snow removal and property managers.
Sidewalks
Sidewalks, walkways, ramps and steps along commercial frontages and common areas, hand-cleared and salted with the lot, or quoted on their own for walk-only sites.
Parking Lots & Drive Aisles
Parking lots, drive aisles, entrances and accessible spots for clinics, churches, plazas, condos and multi-unit sites. Fixed seasonal price, per-visit, or seasonal with an event cap, measured from City maps and confirmed on site, with a photo log after every visit.
Salt & Pet-Safe De-Icer
Residential: seasonal salting $175 + HST, or premium pet-safe de-icer for concrete, pavers and pets $120 + HST. Salting includes freezing rain and refreeze visits. Commercial salting is included in your site quote.
