How Our Snow Service Works
From quote to first snowfall, in 7 steps
1. Get a quote. Call, email or fill in the form. We measure your property from City of London maps and aerial imagery and send a fixed seasonal price within 1 business day.
2. Sign and book. Sign the contract and pay a 30% deposit to hold your spot. The balance is due before Dec 1, or pay in full.
3. Pre-season check. We mark your driveway edges, steps, drains and anything to avoid before the first snowfall.
4. It snows. When snowfall reaches 5 cm, you're automatically on the route, with no need to call. In long storms we come back.
5. Proof of every visit. A timestamped photo after each visit, so you know it's done.
6. Ice and refreeze. If you have salt, we treat ice and refreeze even when there's no new snow.
7. End of season. The season ends March 31, and we'll check in with an early-renewal price for next winter.
Thames Valley Snow is a London, Ontario snow removal company, open 24 hours during the season, with $2M liability insurance and WSIB coverage.
