Our full-season contracts (December 1 to March 31, every snowfall of 5 cm or more, City windrow included, photo after every visit) are $650 to $725 for a single or 1.5-car driveway, $815 for a double, and $1,050 for 3-car, paver or stamped driveways, all + HST. Walkway and steps start at $150, salt is $175, and priority early-morning clearing is $125. Per-visit service runs $70 to $85 + HST.

Seasonal prices at Thames Valley Snow
For the December 1 to March 31 season, a single or 1.5-car driveway is $650–$725 plus HST, a double driveway is $815 plus HST, and a 3-car, interlock, paver or stamped concrete driveway is $1,050 plus HST. Visits are automatic at 5 cm or more, with return visits during long storms, the city windrow cleared, and a timestamped photo after every visit.
Per-visit pricing
If you only want service now and then, per-visit clearing runs from $70 to $85 plus HST depending on driveway size. You are invoiced after each visit with payment due in 7 days. Seasonal clients are prioritized on the route, so if you are home all winter a seasonal plan is usually better value.
What changes the price
Driveway size and surface are the main factors. Decorative surfaces need a raised rubber-edge blade and more care. Walkways, steps, salting and priority early-morning clearing are optional add-ons so you can build the plan around your property.
Discounts and payment
Seniors get 5% off any seasonal contract, as do nurses, firefighters, police, paramedics, teachers and other service workers. A 30% deposit holds your spot, with the balance due before December 1, or you can pay in full. Cash, cheque and Interac e-transfer are accepted.
